HOW TO ORDER (COMMERCIAL AREAS)

>> ORDER ONE DAY IN ADVANCE:

Please place your order by one day in advance for delivery the next day. Due to limited supply, we cannot guarantee delivery for soups ordered on the same day.

Please give us your name, address, company name and contact telephone for deliveries. You can also order online by registering first via our home page.

Note: Some buildings in these areas that are off our delivery route might require a minimum order of 2 soups due to unfavourable traffic conditions and lack of parking spaces. Also, we might not be able to provide 100% coverage of areas. Should you be unsure if our service covers your area, please call our Customer Service at 28183740.

>> DELIVERY:

Starts at around 10:00a.m. with possible delivery by lunch time if you order one day in advance or from 2pm to 5 pm in the afternoon if you order the same day before 12 noon. Flasks are collected the next day when you leave the empty flask at the reception area of your office. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery before lunch time for certain buildings due to our delivery route schedule. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

>> PAYMENT:

Cash on delivery or with our soup coupons ($45 denominations). Should the soup be $50, please add $5 cash to your coupon for payment.

>> PACKING:

Packed in a stainless steel vacuum flask that holds 0.52l (520ml). Please note that the soup price does not include the flask. There is no deposit cost for the flask at the moment.

Note: Please be advised that our soups do not come separately with the remains/ingredients for hygienic reasons. Should you want the remains, please purchase the soup directly from our workshop located at Flat A,7/F, Kwong Ga Factory Building, 64 Victoria Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. where you can have it for free!

>> QUALITY PLEDGE:

Again, we definitely do not use MSG and the soup is served in its own stainless steel vacuum flask that ensures freshness and temperature. In case you receive soup that is cold, your flask could be damaged. Please call 28183770 for a free replacement.
